Pancetta Arrotolata Piccante

Pancetta arrotolata piccante (spicy rolled pancetta) is prepared with freshly peeled pancetta, dry-salted with spices, aromas and hot chili pepper: the latter gives it an unmistakable bright red color.

After about two months of seasoning, it is ready to be eaten by the most demanding and daring palates.
