Pancetta montanara is a cured meat with a very intense and elegant taste. Covered with a mix of Langhe herbs and spices, it is characterized by an intense aroma and an enveloping flavor.

After about two months of seasoning it is ready to be placed on a board of refined cold cuts and blue cheeses.
