Salame al Barolo is a typical specialty from Piedmont. It is prepared according to an ancient Langa peasant recipe, using only the finest cuts of Italian pork left to soak in Barolo wine.
After stuffing, it is hand-tied and seasoned very slowly in order to bring out its typical aroma.
