Salame Cotto “Sapore di Langa”

The “Sapore di Langa” (Taste of the Langhe) cooked salami, a typical specialty of Piedmontese charcuterie, is prepared using fresh Italian meat.
A mixture flavored with spices and natural aromas, is packed into sausages, left to season for a few days and then cooked.

Slices are relatively compact with the characteristic presence of cubed lard.
