Zampone cotto is prepared exclusively with fresh Italian meat and flavored with a combination of spices that give it an unmistakable aroma and a balanced taste. It is vacuum-packed and partially cooked.

It needs to be cooked briefly in boiling water for about 30 minutes before consumption.
